South actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu has bought a duplex apartment in Hyderabad for about ₹7.8 crore. The property, bought from Nalla Preetham Reddy, is in Jayabheri Orange County of Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.
It comes with six car parking slots. “The property has a super built-up area of 7,944 sq ft, with 3,920 sq ft on the 13th floor and 4,024 sq ft on the 14th floor,” as per CRE Matrix – A Real Estate Data Analytics Firm.
The Telugu actress had earlier reportedly purchased a palatial apartment worth a whopping INR 15 crore in Mumbai suburbs. The actress is the next in line to invest in a luxurious property in the financial capital of India after her co-Telugu star Rashmika Mandanna.
Samantha has purchased a lavish three-bedroom apartment in the city with a spectacular view of the sea.
