Tata Realty Invested Rs. 986 Crore to Buy a 25 Acre Land in Bengaluru

Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd is the Tata Group’s well-known real estate development arm. The company recently bought a 25-acre land parcel posh area of Bengaluru.

Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd recently purchased a land parcel from Graphite India. Costing around Rs. 986 crores, the land spreads over approximately 25.3 acres.

Graphite India is a famous manufacturing company of Graphite electrodes and Carbon and graphite speciality products in the country. Currently, Graphite India has a total of 6 plants in India.

The exact location of this land parcel is in Doddanekundi Village, beside the KR Puram Hobli in the Northeastern part of Bangalore city. The transaction for this particular land parcel deal took place through TRIL Bengaluru Real Estate Five Ltd and TRIL Bengaluru Real Estate Six Ltd. Both are well-known subsidiaries of Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd.

Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd (TRIL) is a 100% subsidiary of Tata Sons, and it is also known for serving as a real estate and infrastructure development part of the Tata Group in India.

Tata Realty is also planning to launch 5 million sq. ft. office space in Bengaluru by the end of this year. The launch will include two IT parks involving an investment of Rs. 4000 crores and sprawling across 30 acres in the Northern part of the city.
